Helen brings a wide breadth of experience to Directorly. A seasoned Board Chair, Director, Entrepreneur, and AI governance expert, she combines deep boardroom experience with a forward-thinking view of technology’s role in leadership.
She currently serves as a Director for The Co-operative Bank Ltd, Cooperative Life Ltd and Centrix Group Ltd. Helen specialises in helping boards and executives integrate AI to enhance governance, strategy, and decision-making.
